On Sunday 12 July 2020 the State President has introduced new restrictions, including an immediate ban on alcohol sales, to help contain the spread of COVID19 virus that’s threatening the world population.
The following services have been temporarily suspended until further notice at Groot Constantia Wine Estate:
- Wine Sales and Tasting
- Visitors Route Experience which includes Cellar Tours and access to the Manor House
Everyone can do their part to prepare and respond to this National disaster:
- Wash your hands frequently
Regularly and thoroughly clean your hands with an alcohol-based hand rub or wash them with soap and water for a minimum of 20 seconds.
- Maintain social distancing
Maintain at least 1,5 metres distance between yourself and anyone else.
- Avoid touching your eyes, nose and mouth
- Wear a Mask
Wearing a mask is mandatory at workplaces and while travelling.
It is important through this challenging time to support one another, to show empathy, to not panic, to take precautionary measures and to work together to slow the spread of this virus. Together we can get through this.
