Do you actively seek out eco-friendly wine farms? Is wine making a sustainable practice?  I spent an afternoon with Floricius Beukes, Viticulturist and Estate Manager at Groot Constantia to learn more.

Think organic composting, canopy management and  ladybug as a pest control!  Till this day, Groot Constantia maintain the tradition to prune by hand to ensure the quality of their signature wines.
